What Does Sega France Have Up its Sleeve?
We have two pieces of information to share from across the Atlantic. In France, as we reported last week, the Paris Games Week will kick off beginning Friday, and we’ve learned Sega has something special to show there concerning Sonic Generations.
According to Sega France blog The Blue Room, not only will Takashi Iizuka be present at the show, he and the team will also publicly demo a later stage from the game for the first time. There’s no hint as to what it could be, and given what has been playable to press versus public it’s tough to venture a guess.
Second, our friends at Eversonic tell us Sonic CD will also be playable at the event, in addition to Generations and Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games. It’s the first time the game will be publicly playable in Europe.
The Eversonic staff have agreed to relay some of their coverage for us, and we thank them for that. So depending on what Sega France has in store, there may be one or two more surprises in store for us before Generations‘s release–and you’ll see it here.

Rooftop Run. Calling it now.
Crisis city
It’s probably Rooftop Run.
I’d put my money on Rooftop Run….
Its either Crisis City, Rooftop Run, or Planet Wisp.
You’re all Wrong.
It’s Sonic Shuffle Stage 1.
I’m most interested in how the boss battle against Silver would play out. It’d have to be extremely different from how it was in Sonic 2006.

A Sonic Shuffle Stage?! Are you mad???
CRISIS. F-ING. CITY.
DO ET NOA, SEGA OF FRANCE.
Rooftop Run. i don’t want crisis city’s epicness spoiled for me a week before the game releases.
Planet Wisp, calling it right now lol
Sonic Shuffle = Dreamcast Ara.
I’d like Planet Wisp or Speed Highway. Maybe bits of the Shadow boss could be included? Can’t wait.
Who cares we are only a few dates from the full game release.
I shouldn’t watch so many spoilers…. I think I’ll not watch this if it get’s youtube’d
It’s either gonna be Speed Highway, Crisis City, or Planet Wisp
