The Duo Get Prim and Proper in Britain
On Monday, Sega released two commercials to promote the upcoming release of Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
We have one of the two spots below. One commercial has a wink and nod to Mario and the end, the second affords similar treatment to Sonic; we have the latter. The M&S franchise typically sells very well without additional support like this, but it is nice to see Sega remind its Nintendo followers they do have an option in lieu of a Sonic Generations port to Wii. It probably doesn’t hurt to know retailers will be jam packed with major releases in the coming weeks either, so there is a good chance this Olympic bout could get lost in the fray. This should help that.
Take a look at the spot below. Thanks to SSF1991 who tipped us on Twitter.
