The Best Game of SAGE 2011 Prepared for Release
Given how the SFG won best of show honors for SAGE 2011 both on the official side and here, there were already high expectations for Sonic Before the Sequel. Given how we’ll see a rare full game release from it, those expectations should go even higher very soon.
Once you take a look at what creator LakeFeperd calls the game’s final trailer, they may elevate even more. Take a look below; the tease feature a hodgepodge of in-game cutscenes, level gameplay, and boss battles.
LakeFeperd is aiming to release SBTS during December. We will let you know when that release happens. In the meantime, check out the below video.

I loved the demo for this game SO much. I can’t wait till a final release.
Its so well done. And the fact that I saw the bubble shield still stayed around Sonic during the animation scenes as well as everything else in this game shows how much work this guy put into this game.

SBTS is gonna be one of the fangames ever. The animation, the artwork, and the level design is phenomenal.

Looks very nice and all, but are they really going to recycle music? Surely it can’t be THAT difficult to find a music person to act as composer.
