Mind Boggling, but Not Game Breaking
If you played Sonic Generations on XBOX 360 recently, glanced at the online leaderboards, and wondered how in the world scener 1stkirbyever clocked in a time attack under two minutes in Planet Wisp Act 1, we’re about to show you.
Actually, he’s about to show you. The speedrun was recorded and uploaded to Youtube yesterday. Afterward, you’ll see 1stkirbyever at the top of the charts, blowing away his nearest competitor by more than 20 seconds. It was all perfectly legal, done without any skills and with keen awareness of some invisible walls. As amazing as it looks, it also looks like the time could be improved upon even more.
Have a look below.

……….i have no will to live anymore………………but one thing that does irk me a bit. How come the Pink wisp music doesn’t play?
Holy…
This sums it up.
Or not, that didn’t work. Right, direct link then:
Mind boggling, but not game breaking indeed.
I give up.
Amazing how that’s not even a perfect playthrough. He made quite a few seconds-wasting mistakes in there, looks like.
So THAT’S why I’ve been wondering how to get that time. I was #5…
How do you explain the .01 second Speed Highway for PC?

@Getsuga: Oh, that’s easy!
****in’ hax, man
oh man, now I want to see his record on act 2, cause i can get 4:50 on that one and i’m somewhere between 300-200

@Getsuga
When I looked at the leaderboards for Sonic Colors DS, all of the people on the first few pages of rankings had a time of 0’00’00, obviously because of cheat codes.
The PC version is easily hacked, so some gay b**ch probably got that 1ms time.
thats cheating.
That is so not possible…
There is only one easy explanation for this….
HE’S JESUS
im gonna take my WR back.
Yeah, all of the Sonic Colors DS leaderboards are like that. It’s nuts. Does anyone know how to scroll through the leaderboards there? I can only see the top 3, so I don’t know how many records I should disregard.
Jesus. He has returned.
The only problem with that? If your Wisp power runs out atop the building you might get stuck between invisible walls. It happened to me when I accidentally got up there. Didn’t think it was any good for speed-running, though.
