Moves Up a Few More Places from Last Week
The combined sales of Sonic Generations held and even improved its place in the multiformat top 40 ranks Chart Track released for last week.
The game moved from 25th to 21st overall. Individually, it nudged up two places versus last week on XBOX 360 to 17th, and added a place on the PS3 specific standings, now 11th. On the 3DS, the game held its ground in the 8th spot. Combined, Generations is getting the job done.
Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games held its spot on the charts from last week, remaining 11th overall in the top 40.
More estimates and numbers should be coming in throughout the week.

I suppose that the marketing didn’t take off at launch and Generations is “spreading” while there are no new competing titles, as everybody who wanted to buy them already did it. I may be wrong though.
Heck yeah! This is great news! Hopefully the game can keep this up.
