7 Straight Days of Play for Children in Hospitals
As of this article’s publication, we are now 2 days and more than $270 into the 2nd annual Sonic Marathon stream.
If you remember from last year, the marathon is the brain child of Respawn Point, a group which last year raised more than $2,500 running this marathon for Child’s Play, a Penny Arcade founded charity that benefits sick children in hospitals all around the world. This year, the group is shooting for just $1,000–though last year, their goal was a mere $500, beaten more than five times over.
Right now, the group is fairly deep in its play-through of Sonic Unleashed, and you can watch them complete Sonic games of old and new online for the next several days while you hopefully give a donation. Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations are on the must-play list, though time permitting, the team may dig out old favorites like Knuckles Chaotix and Sonic the Fighters among many others. The marathon ends January 5th.

It’s funny how nobody cared about this topic what-so-ever, seeing that it was talking about injured/sick children.
Are some of your hearts made of stone or something?
These guys deserve more views and donations!! They are doing a great job and i have been watching them for most of the marathon! Its good to see people giving to sick kids in need
