A Couple Stage Names Disclosed; Tails Playable After All?
It looks like fans who were disappointed a bit when we told you about Kellie Parker shutting down prospects of the two-tailed fox being playable yesterday may have hope again. We’ve just received word of achievements for Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II via the website XBOX360Achievements.org, and it now appears Tails may be playable solo in-game, in some form.
From the list below, we direct your attention to the I Love Tails achievement, which nets you 10G for playing as Tails 50 times. If that’s not an indication Tails will be available solo, it may be for a multiplayer mode. We will obviously seek clarification, but this is why we said yesterday not to lose hope yet, as Sega tends to say one thing and then another down the road.
Other noteworthy items from the achievements include the carryover of the Sylvania Castle Zone name from Japan to domestic shores. A few fans had noticed the name for the first stage when Famitsu published its first look at S4:E2 last week. We also know from that preview White Park will likely be the name of the hybrid snow mountain and carnival stage. A third stage name, Sky Fortress Zone, is also revealed from this achievement list. It also appears there will be a final boss beyond Metal Sonic for Sonic and Tails to conquer, and those red rings you saw in our batch of screenshots earlier today may be the key to unlocking that.

Sylvania Castle? Why does that name remind me of horrific fan-comics about electric hedgehogs? It also reminds me of Silver Castle from Sonic Gear Blast.

I hope it haves some musics in super form and when we get stars and tarnsform to super sonic
i hope the stars let forever,like in sonic2,if that happend,that´s preetty awesome.

Id say the bosses with be like Zone 1 is Eggman, Zone 2 is Metal Sonic (Proven by screenshot of possible Zone 2 Stage White Park) Zone 3 is Eggman again and Zone 4 is Metal Sonic (Sky Fortress as this must be the last or forth zone as there was one screenshot that is not located within Sylvania Castle or White park and reassembled some kind of deserty oil refinery) Just my opinion!
Which zone will that Robotnik flower type boss (as per the concept art) appear in I wonder?
Could be in zone 3 or 4?
Also Just noticed this in the description of Sonic 4 EP 2 on Sega’s offical page.
“New and Improved Sonic Stages in HD: Armed with a new graphics engine, explore 18 new stages!”
4 zones with 4 acts? that’s 16, so this must be different, maybe there’s 6 Zones with 3 Acts each? That would explain the possibility of the bosses being at the end of Act 3 and also being able to beat them with Super Sonic? Then again, it could still be 4 zones and the other two stages are Special Stages and the Final Stage.
Forgot to mention this bit too.

So that would mean that Metal Sonic and Eggman are in the same bosses?

Yeah, probably sorta like what they did with Gemerl in Advance 3.
Thank god there’s no achievement were u have to collect all the rings at the end after wining the final boss battle (seen in sonic ep1 ending), cuz I heated that fuckn achievement & I still can’t get that achievement lol
