Come for the Gameplay, Stay for the Autographs
Japanese Sonic fans will get an opportunity to play Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II before the game is digitally released there next month.
Two days of gameplay will occur at the recently opened Joypolis Nano in Tokyo on April 28th and 29th, according to the Russian Sonic Scene website. As with the other public demos of Episode II to date, only Sylvania Castle and White Park Act 1 will be playable. We should note the PS3 version will be demoed. Between 2 and 3PM local time on April 28th, an autograph session is scheduled with Sonic Team head Takashi Iizuka.
That will be the centerpiece of a larger Joypolis campaign for the game there that actually begins Saturday. Until May 15th, concept art from Episode II will be exhibited in Joypolis Nano’s gallery.
