Jun and Johnny to Jam for Fans in Britain
Minutes ago, Summer of Sonic organizers confirmed Crush 40 make a return appearance to the big event this year.
“They’re truly the rock sound of a Sonic generation, and Jun and Johnny will be present to meet with fans and perform their latest and greatest on stage,” the announcement noted. “In 2010, Crush 40 rocked the Summer of Sonic convention – their second ever live performance and the first outside of Japan – and this year they’re set to do it all over again.”
For Jun and Johnny, it will be the first leg of some serious globetrotting. The duo are scheduled to perform at the 2012 Sonic Boom convention in San Diego the following week.

Shame the East Coast don’t get any love. We had that one Sonic Colors ice skating thing, but Cash Cash didn’t even remember the lyrics when they sang! Gah. If Summer of Sonic ever comes to the States, I’m hoping it’s in NYC.
