After EU Layoffs, Support Almost as Strong

In the wake of a rash of layoffs and division closings at Sega at the end of last month, we decide to bring back a poll that had plenty of attention the first time we ran it 3 months ago to see if opinion had changed any.

The poll again asked if you through Sega, as an operating company, would exist in 5 years.  Out of 1,105 votes, the yays still had it by a wide margin.  In all, 79 percent of participants voted Yes, while 21 percent voted No.

The margin is a small revision downward from when we asked that question in April, when Sega of America had just been gutted.  Back then, a total of 1,260 votes were case, and 82 percent of respondents voted Yes, with just 18 percent in the nays.

A new poll is now available to vote on.  You can discuss the above poll results below in the comments.
