What to Expect in Sonic Universe #45
There was a bit of a stir among fans when we told you a couple weeks ago about Danica Patrick’s addition to the Archie Comics adaptation of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed planned for Sonic Universe #45.
Today, Destructoid in cooperation with Archie Comics released some additional artwork from the issue. In our gallery below, you’ll see high resolution cover artwork, as well as some incomplete black and white panels from pages 5, 6, and 19.

Kind of weird that Eggman’s portrayed as driving on land on the cover when his trademark vehicle can hover.

Lol nah, well this should be a nice little adaption to the game. Now back to considering which version of the game to get…
One of these things is not like the other…
I expect what typically happens when anyone goes to a metalacolypse concert.
While the comic page Danica looks pretty nice, her logo thinggy art looks…kinda cool….Her pupils are two different sizes and are kinda derped…First try jitters?
My guess on the logo was that it was drawn so small and not meant to be seen blown up that large.

Wonder who they rejected from the comic and that group shot, that drawing of her has hastily made in the last minute written all over it.
Danica doesn’t look very good here.
Vyse looks a little derpy, but not too bad, and I’ll take what I can get when it comes to the Skies franchise.
Danica’s icon artwork looks terribad. And the logos on her jacket just look kinda slapped on, with no attempt to make them look like they aren’t flat copypastas.

Danica looks creepy and really doesnt fit in. Just like in the actual game. I still dont see any reason why shes in this game….shes not popular. not that great looking compared to other female athletes. doesnt win too much too often. Dont see it.
