Those Who Didn’t Download will Have to Wait
The digital release of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed on the Playstation Vita appears to be short-lived for now. Not long after news broke of an assumed early release for the portable version this morning, multiple fan accounts on various Sonic forums indicate the game has been pulled from the online Playstation store.
The download window was only a few hours, but it appears Sega did not intend the portable version to release this early. Still, with physical copies finding their way to homes in some countries, the PSV version joins both the XBOX 360 and PS3 editions of ASR Transformed with broken street dates.
One major difference noticed with this morning’s digital release versus the physical copy is that the latter appears to have Metal Sonic and OutRun Bay in tow, while the digital download does not.
We’ll let you know when ASR Transformed returns to the digital marketplace, since it appears Sega don’t have a clue themselves.

I guess they let that cat out of the bag a little too early.

Boo to these sorts of practices with every fiber of my being. Any publisher that tries rotten tricks like this to devalue digital downloads should be publicly shamed.
Ha, love the header image! XD
I noticed the eu psn store had the ps3 version for download but the na psn store didn’t. Is there any news of it coming out digitally in the us for Ps3?

SEGA. Quality porting and “leaked” downloads since mid 2000s.
