Hope You Like Boss Fights…
This week, we’ve found an interesting mod that some of you may be familiar with; it’s called Robotnik’s Revenge. Created by ColinC10, the mod is essentially a massive boss rush consisting of every fight with Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic 2. All of the battles are set inside the Death Egg Zone from Sonic 2, so if you’ve ever wondered what that zone would be like if it was longer and more intricate, this is a great approximation of how it would look. In terms of gameplay, the mod ranks you with a lettering system familiar to anyone that’s played recent games in the series, and it also includes checkpoints to lessen players’ frustration. The mod isn’t perfect; you’ll see an interesting glitch or two in the included video if you look hard enough, but the product as a whole is very well done.

…this gives better insight into the death egg zone for the first time ever…this does remind me a lot of S4EP2 but this is like epic to me cause its like the stage that was totally forgotten to be inserted into Sonic 2 that needed to be.
