Anonymous Before Anonymous Was Cool
Tomorrow, another compilation of past Sonic comics will hit the market in the form of a graphic novel.
Sonic Saga #2 collects stories from Sonic #168 through #172. The Order from Chaos arc chronicles the Anonymous foe wreaking havoc on the Freedom Fighters. That’s right–before they unleashed cyber terror on the real world, Anonymous was an annoyance to our furry friends first. We Are Legion…or something.
The stories are bound by a cover drawn by Tracy Yardley, Jim Amash, and Jason Jensen.

Ugh
These issues were such a huge breath of fresh air. Mostly because they finally did away with the thousands of chaos emeralds all over the universe and banished them to the Zone of silence where they were condensed into just seven like in the games. This was also such a great breath of fresh air because Tommy Turtle finally dies for good. So many times before this it was like he’s dead, oh wait no he’s still alive. He dies again, oh wait no, he’s still alive, he dies again, this time it was really an evil robot imposter, oh now he’s evil, no wait he’s good, who cares he’s been blown to smithereens, let’s name a hospital after him… oh yeah and in case you haven’t read these yet, {spoiler alert}.
