Poll: After Sega, Many Looking Forward to Nintendo’s E3 Lineup the Mostby Tristan Oliver May 13, 2013
No New Console, But Still Lots of Interest
Nintendo will be the only one of the “big 3” console makers to not have a new system on display at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo. Their current system, the Wii U, is not performing to expectations. The company even backed out of a grand press event, only to quickly commit later to a smaller affair at the show.
But the results of the latest TSSZ @Issue poll that, taking Sega out of the equation, the remaining plurality is still interested to see what Nintendo has to offer next month at the big show. We asked which company you’re most looking forward to seeing at E3. With this being a Sonic and Sega oriented site, it’s no surprise that the top choice was Sega with 41 percent of the vote. But Nintendo was next in line with 33 percent of the vote–quite intriguing given the above circumstances.
Sony, which is set to formally unveil the Playstation 4 at E3, came well behind in third with 14 percent of the vote. Microsoft, which will use the expo to clear the air about its controversial next XBOX system, was in fourth with 8 percent. The “other” crowd had 4 percent of the vote.
A new poll is now available to vote on. The above poll results can be discussed below in the comments.
