Revealed at the MCM Nintendo Unleashed

We’ve been some time hoping for some sort of signal about Sega 3D Classic Series for Nintendo 3DS being released in the west and not only Japan.  We reported about 3D Space Harrier being rated for Australia, but…what about the rest of the world?

Now, we know that it will also be released in Europe, along with the rest of the Sega 3D classic series. Back at the MCM event in London last weekend, in the Nintendo Unleashed exhibition, 3D Space Harrier was playable, fully localized. According to GamerTell writer Michael Westgarth, A representative of the event was asked about the release of the game, and he confirmed that in fact, 3D Space Harrier will be released soon in Europe, and probably America too. And not only that, he also confirmed that the other Sega 3D classic titles will have the same fate too.

So Sega Classic fans rejoice! Now we can expect to play all Sega 3D classic series for 3D in Europe, and probably America too. The games on the series are 3D Space Harrier, 3D Super Hang On, 3D Sonic the Hedgehog, and 3D Altered Beast, all of them with several upgrades over the original games including stereoscopic 3D graphics, savestates, image filters, and more.

We will have to wait to know when will they be released, and the price of each game.
