Vocaloid Goes Portable
Sega appears to have found some success with Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F on Playstation 3 earlier this year–so much so that Sega of America today announced a version for Playstation Vita.
“The launch of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F on the PlayStation 3 was the first console game released for the franchise and was well received in the West,” said the announcement today on the Sega blog. “As a result of this successful reception, the VITA version of the game will be available for players on-the-go and will offer the same songs and features of the original version in early 2014.”
Though no specific sales figures have been made public, indications are that Project Diva F on the Playstation 3 performed above expectations.
