UK Sales: ASR Transformed Barely Returns to Top 40

UK Sales: ASR Transformed Barely Returns to Top 40

A Xmas Gift to Sega, Sumo

It should be at least a somewhat happy Holiday for Sega in the UK at least.  The latest official GFK Chart Track figures for the week of Christmas are out, and three of the company’s titles are in the multiplatform Top 40.

Unfortunately, Sonic Lost World is not represented in that list.  Football Manager 2014 is the best of the bunch, clocking in at 17th, up a place from the previous week.  To our amazement, Aliens: Colonial Marines is holding its own at a discounted price, coming in at 20th, the same spot as last week.  But Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed–and just the XBOX 360 version, it would appear–was strong enough to return to the top 40 and hit 39th.

Lost World didn’t even chart on the Wii U or 3DS top 10.  However, Mario and Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games is faring better on the Wii U charts, coming in 4th there, and up four places from last week.
