Indie Title Surpasses a Million Sold
You may remember back in 2012 when Ryan Bloom reviewed Dean Dodrill’s Dust: An Elysian Tail. Ryan had great things to say about the action RPG, and with the help of an eventual release to PC, Mac and Linux, it appears gamers have enjoyed the indie title in greater numbers.
On Saturday, Dodrill announced via Twitter that Dust had sold a combined 1 million copies:

Of those sales, Dodrill estimates 1 percent of that total comes from the Linux side.
“I don’t think I’m allowed to think of Dust as niche anymore,” Dodrill said in a later Tweet.
Dust launched in 2012 as an XBOX Live exclusive, but eventually found its way on Steam in 2013.
