Sonic Runners Adventure Launch Trailer Leaked, Then Taken Down

Just when you think the launch of Sonic Runners Adventure couldn’t get any weirder, it does.

GameLoft Club, a Russian fan site, had leaked the launch trailer of Sonic Runners Adventure earlier today. It was eventually deleted, but the damage had already been done. The trailer was eventually uploaded elsewhere on YouTube, and you can see it below.

There has still been no official confirmation of the game’s existence. Neither SEGA nor GameLoft have said a thing about it, despite the fact that the game has already received a soft launch, a FAQ page, and now a launch trailer.

The Sonic world is weird and/or going down the drain this 2017 year: First, Archie puts the Sonic comic book line on haitus with possible cancellation if the deal is not renewed with Sega or amother comic company picks up the rights (My Little Pony comic book owners I can’t mention, WHERE ARE YOU???). 2) Sonic X reruns get plugged for Kids Click (I get Kids Click on my local THIS TV station where I live) but never make it to the schedule for now. and now 3) A Sonic trailer is leaked and gets pulled?!

I don’t understand why they are being so secretive with this game. It’s literally out in some parts of the world and we all know it exists. The only reason I can see is that they are not done with translation and they don’t want to put out a trailer and make us make weeks and weeks for a mobile game

It’s fun that they used sections of Desert Ruin’s theme that, at current time, don’t even show up in the game. XP

I don’t know how to feel about being more hyped about this game than Forces. I’ll probably just skip the generic story about characters being missing, Eggman snatching animals, etc, and dive right into the gameplay.

This is their chance to pour dozens of characters into the mix without having to worry about drastic gameplay changes and designs, so I expect to see a great lineup of characters.

The graphics downgrade is terrible, Sega all you had to do is tell Gameloft to fix the game not make it’s lead platform freaking feature games using JAVA
