FTCR’s “License To Chill” Charity Stream Begins August 10th – 18th

by August 9, 2019

Find The Computer Room’s next charity stream event is almost here, which is called License To Chill. From August 10th through 20th, FTCR will be playing various licensed video games to raise money for the International Rescue Committee. If you don’t know who they are, the IRC “responds to some of the world’s worst crises, delivering aid that saves lives while paving the way for long-term recovery”.

The schedule can be found here. While Sonic and SEGA games are at a minimum for this year’s charity stream, that doesn’t mean it’s nonexistent.

I will also be streaming a couple of games (The Pinball Arcade and Pinball FX3), and co-commentating for 2 more (Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law and E.T.). This is not my first time contributing to a charity stream event, but I am returning from a temporary hiatus that I decided to do last year or so to sort out some IRL stuff.

That said, if you can, please donate. If not, that’s okay. You can still help out by spreading the word of the stream. Day 1 begins at 10:00am Eastern Time tomorrow. See you then!
