Almost 400 supporters successfully backed the Summer of Sonic team’s effort to bring Jun Senoue, Takeshi Taneda, and Act. to Britain this December for their first Sonic Adventure Music Experience performance in the region.
The performance is now considered a sellout, as backers pledged the equivalent of over $30,000 toward the cost of bringing the group to North London when the Kickstarter ended on Friday–well past the intended goal.

Backers will receive payment information soon, and a survey with invitations will follow in due course.
This will be the first SOS organized event in three years. The last fan convention took place in 2016. SOS had been a mostly annual gathering of the community which formally began in 2006.
