Now that Sega has confirmed Classic Sonic’s appearance in Super Monkey Ball HD, the development team in Japan is having a little fun with him.
Earlier this morning, the official Monkey Ball Twitter account posted a short video of Sonic speeding his way through World 7-1, a volcano stage. The team notes Sonic’s physics – long a point of debate in the community – as a character advantage in-game.
Today's video is W7-1, Sonic racing against Volcanic Pools.
Sonic has strong force to move forward compared to other characters and can move like this video regardless of his weight.#SuperMonkeyBall #SonicTheHedgehog #sega pic.twitter.com/x8x2bVigy4
